The primary research questions were, “What are the effective evangelism practices in selected Southern Baptist churches in Columbia and how are they taught in these churches?” and “How is evangelism promoted in strong selected Southern Baptist churches in Columbia by the leadership (Pastor, Ministers, Deacons, and members) of the church?” The Precedent Research gives a review and foundation from the early church’s teaching and experience in evangelism, discipleship, missions, pastoral leadership, and church growth to the present.
